Soboba Diet Plan has been developed over many years of experience, and proven by the high rate of success of our clients. It is a flexible plan that stresses the essentials for your weight loss effort to succeed, while it does not make you feel like you are deprived while you are achieving your weight loss goals.
HCG treatment, as proposed by Dr. Albert T. Simeons, or as popularized by Kevin Trudeau, both include a diet plan. If you already know one of these plans works for you, and you are only looking for medical supervision, knowledgeable support, and a reliable source for medication, Soboba can offer you the best services to help you succeed.
If you find these programs too difficult to achieve, you are not alone. Of course, for any plan to succeed you need to follow it with discipline, but the best diet plan is the one that works for you. Let Soboba help you find the right plan.

The weight loss medication Qsymia, which was originally known as Qnexa, was recently approved by the FDA for the treatment of obesity. It combines two already available medications, phentermine and topiramate. We do not yet have information regarding when the Qsymia will be available, but we will post an update as soon as we learn more.
While exercise is important for your overall health, a diet is the centerpiece of any weight loss program. Take this example: A person weighing 180 pounds jogging at a moderate pace for 1 hour will burn approximately 650 calories, while a piece of pepperoni pizza contains 400 calories and can be consumed in far less time. So while exercising is important, you need to focus on cutting your caloric intake for effective weight loss.
Similar to exercise, eating healthy foods is important to your overall health, but the calorie content is important for weight loss. In this case it is possible to have too much of a good thing.
That depends on your Basal Metabolic Rate and your activity level. While basal metabolic rates vary from person to person, they typically range from 1300 – 1800 calories per day. In order to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. At Soboba Weight Loss, the diet plans prescribed for our weight loss program range from 800-1200 calories per day. We have found that using this protocol our patients can expect to see a weight loss of between 2 and 5 pounds per week.
Weight loss is a difficult process for most people. At Soboba we have the necessary tools to help you reach your weight loss goals. We have medications and dietary supplements to curb cravings and our friendly knowledgeable staff are here for the educational and emotional support you need along your weight loss journey.
Try keeping a food journal and write down everything you consume (including drinks). It is likely that you are consuming more than you think. While we do not require a food journal while on the Soboba weight loss program, we do encourage you to accurately track your caloric intake. This is a very simple task that can have significant rewards for your weight loss.
Certainly the more calories that you can eliminate, the more successful you will be on any weight loss program. However, it is also important to adopt a diet that you can maintain. We have diet plans that severely restrict carbohydrate intake during the first phase of weight loss and we have diet plans that take a more moderate approach to restricting carbohydrate intake.
Yes. In order to stick to a diet plan it is necessary to incorporate foods that you enjoy. The caloric content of the foods will determine how much they are incorporated into your diet plan. It is important that you allow yourself some indulgences while on a weight loss program. The key to success is to not over do it.
We are asked this question a lot. Similar to other indulgences, moderation is the key here. Alcohol has empty calories so it is best if you can avoid it altogether. However, making smart choices and reducing the number of calories taken in through beverages will help to ensure successful weight loss.
